I have over 15 years of working with diverse and underserved populations. I started Meraki Therapy in 2019. Since then, I grew my practice to Meraki Clinical Group. My team and I have served hundreds of individuals throughout the US, providing quality care to assist in overcoming life’s unexpected challenges.
Therapy With Soul, Heart, and Purpose
I love working with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, and challenging life changes. We can work together to overcome these things. “Meraki” means doing something with soul, creativity, and love, leaving a part of yourself in your work.
Administrative Assistant
Melisha Santiago
As an administrative assistant at Meraki Therapy, I am committed to prioritizing and advocating for mental health in myself and those around me. My goal is to provide essential support to individuals, teams, or organizations by efficiently handling a wide range of administrative tasks.
Smooth Systems, Stronger Care
Our team's primary goal is to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day operations, allowing all team members to focus on their core responsibilities and objectives.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself without judgment. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, grief, depression, trauma, relationship stress, family conflict, and major life transitions. As a Latina therapist, I understand how culture, family dynamics, and life experiences can impact emotional well-being. Many people are used to carrying stress quietly.
Supportive Care, Comfortable Space
My approach is warm, collaborative, and practical, using psychodynamic approaches to help clients process emotions, gain insight, and develop healthier ways to cope.
